This Giant Bicycles Defy needed a new gear hanger. Thankfully, the old one had done its job by protecting both the rear derailleur and the bike frame. The chain had been shortened so the bike could serve as an impromptu singlespeed, so a new Shimano-Road Tiagra chain was fitted, along with some super comfy Profile Design bar tape and some replacement cables to boot #giantbikes #ShimanoRoad
